1 General Terms & Conditions

By using the tkqk website, app, or any of our services, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Please read this page carefully in full. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using tkqk's services.

Tkqk operates under an international gaming license. Our services are strictly for adults aged 18 and above. tkqk reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or an on-platform notice.

2 Account Registration & Verification

You must be at least 18 years old to register an account with tkqk. All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. Accounts created with false information may be terminated and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

Tkqk may initiate a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any time. This may require a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be held pending until verification is complete.

• Please use a valid email address when registering.
• Use a strong password and never share it with anyone.
• Please notify tkqk if any of your account details change.
• If you notice any unusual activity on your account, contact our support team immediately.

3 Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits on tkqk can be made via mobile banking and e-wallets. All deposits are credited to your account instantly. A minimum deposit amount applies and may vary depending on the payment method.

Your account must be verified before you can make a withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. Pending verification may extend this timeframe.

• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 500.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500.
• Daily withdrawal limits apply.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• Suspicious transactions may be flagged, held, or cancelled by our team.

4 Bonuses, Promotions & Free Spins

Tkqk regularly offers a variety of bonuses — welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and free spins. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which are detailed on the bonus page.

A few general rules apply to all bonuses. You cannot have multiple bonuses active at the same time. Any bonus that expires will be automatically cancelled.

• Each bonus can only be used once.
• Certain payment methods may be required to claim specific bonuses.
• Some games may contribute less toward wagering requirements when bets are placed with bonus funds.
• Tkqk reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5 Betting Rules

Before placing a bet on tkqk, make sure you understand the rules of each market. Different settlement rules apply to different markets across cricket, football, and other sports.

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, where available, the cash-out feature can be used to settle a bet early under specific conditions.

• Tkqk reserves the right to void any bet recorded at incorrect odds due to a system error.
• If a match is cancelled, bets are generally refunded.
• If one selection in a parlay bet is voided, it is removed and the remaining odds are used to settle the bet.
• Changes to live odds after an event has started are normal and will not affect any bets you have already placed.

6 Prohibited Activities

Certain activities are strictly prohibited in order to maintain a safe environment on tkqk. Violations of these rules may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

• Creating multiple accounts — Strictly prohibited for any individual.
• Bonus Abuse — Exploiting bonuses unfairly through any strategy.
• Using another person's identity — Operating an account on behalf of a third party.
• Use of Software — Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Money Laundering — Using tkqk as a vehicle for money laundering.
• Collusion — Colluding with other players in poker or other games to gain an unfair advantage.

7 Privacy & Personal Information

Tkqk takes the security of your personal information seriously. Data collected at registration is used solely for service delivery, verification, and security purposes.

8 Responsible Gaming

Tkqk firmly believes that gaming should be a source of entertainment, not a source of problems. That's why we have a range of protective measures in place.

• Deposit limit: Set your own daily or monthly deposit limits at any time.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period of time.
• Reality Check: Session reminders at set intervals.
• Cooling-off period: Take a break for anywhere from 24 hours to 6 weeks.

• Fraud or suspicious activity.
• Providing false information.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• For legal or regulatory reasons.
